Little Blitz Programme
Who is it for?
Primary school children aged (4 to 11 years old)
Where can I find it?
This programme can be delivered in and out of school, in term time and the school holidays.
When working in partnership with schools this programme can be used to support the national curriculum and delivered in extra curricular clubs at breakfast, lunch and after school.
When working in partnership with leisure providers and councils we also offer the programme in the school holidays too.
What will my child do there?
Little Blitz is a cross curricular, multi skill programme that includes children learning how their bodies work and making positive choices with nutrition and hydration.
Every session children will get physically active with activities based around running, jumping, throwing and catching, developing competency in agility, balance and coordination.
Children are encouraged to engage socially and will experience working as part of a team, as well as being challenged individually.
Every lesson is themed to support children to embed learning and families have access to our Lifestyle app communities and support resources.
How much does it cost?
All programmes are priced differently depending on duration, frequency and if they are subsidised by a partner school or local authority. Programmes that run all year round are offered on a subscription model.
