Jacob Ashby
Head Coach – Wirral, Merseyside
Jacob is a conscientious and enthusiastic coach who is willing to give it his all to support people in the fitness industry. He holds a fitness instructing Level 2 qualification and is currently working towards a Level 3 personal training qualification to pursue a future in one-to- one personal training sessions along with online coaching.
His background has started from hypertrophy training since the age of 16 which began from low self esteem and body confidence. Being someone who has suffered from an eating disorder these goals haven’t always been a steady road which is what he has recognised over the years that it takes time, dedication and consistency! He hopes to inspire others that they are not alone and that if he has overcome an eating disorder that anyone can conquer anything if they put their mind to it.
From all the research over the years about fitness and nutrition, it has led him to start up a business through BlitzFitMe to become an ambitious coach. Whilst being onboard with this company he has been learning about how to use social media and marketing tools to his advantage, for the purpose of building a client base, strategy and a business plan for the future. He is very keen to give his upmost best to give full support to anyone in his network providing them with solid advice and being loyal.
